You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to revoke this contract.

For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall return to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different shipping method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the costs incurred up to the time, the date on which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of cancellation shall not apply pursuant to Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), inter alia, to contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accomodation other than for residential purposes, the transport of goods, the rental of motor vehicles, the supply of food and drink, and the provision of other services in connection with recreational services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract stipulates provision for a specific date or period.
